Nothing acts without your say-so

The whole approval path was rebuilt around one rule: your agent runs on your consent. Every approval is now bound to the exact action it approves, so a yes to one thing can never carry over to another. A project you open can tighten your security posture but never loosen it. Secrets are redacted from the activity timeline, and any network exposure asks you first. Every piece of it passed an independent adversarial security review before it shipped.

Talk to Wayland

Voice dictation is live in the chat composer, right on the signed Mac build. It reuses a provider you already connected for speech-to-text, and a bundled local Whisper model is the always-ready offline floor, so the mic works even with no cloud key at all.

Know the moment it's done

Wayland now notifies you the second a task finishes, with an optional sound. Quiet hours are on by default so it never pings you at 3 a.m., and per-chat focus keeps the noise down while you work.

A real terminal, in every chat

Every chat can now open a native agent terminal, a full TUI running over a real PTY. Watch your agent work at the metal, or take the keyboard yourself. Power users, this one is for you.

True Continue

A stopped run now resumes the live turn instead of starting over. Hit a turn limit or a stubborn tool loop and Wayland offers Continue with fresh headroom, keeping everything it already worked out.

Projects grew up

Every chat in a project now saves into the project's shared workspace. A new Project History tab shows the full timeline, files move with drag and drop, previews open on click, and every chat row shows when it was created.

Add a custom model ID for any provider, switch models in one click when a context ceiling hits, and enjoy a cleaner picker: newest models first, chat models only, with the ChatGPT subscription catalog now live.

A new built-in assistant that helps you build income-generating assets, armed with a curated arsenal of expert skills across six domains. Hermes agent profiles also join the preset lineup, ready to select.

Custom model IDs. Point any provider at a custom or brand-new model ID the catalog has not caught up to yet.
One-click model switch. When a chat hits a model's context ceiling, Wayland offers the fix right there: switch to a bigger model in one click and keep going.
Live agent activity. The sidebar shows what every agent is doing right now, including a live tree of sub-agents as they spin up and finish.
One-click bug report. Concierge can file a detailed GitHub report for you, screenshot and diagnostics included, and a new /doctor command checks your workspace and config on demand.
Core extensions management. A new Settings area to manage engine extensions, plus an updater that matches your theme and an About panel that checks for updates on open.

True Continue. A stopped or capped run resumes the live turn instead of restarting, and a stuck tool loop now ends cleanly with a Continue offer instead of burning the whole turn.
Email you can trust. Agent email sends now route through the desktop's own channel plumbing with a hard confirmation gate: every outward send asks you first, on every mode, no exceptions. The IMAP email channel card also shows its connected state properly and rehydrates its form.
Projects. Chats created in a project save to the project's shared workspace, a Project History tab shows the timeline, files support drag-and-drop moves and click preview, and chat rows show creation dates.
Model picker. Newest models first, embedding and image and audio models filtered out of chat, provider labels cleaned up, and the ChatGPT subscription catalog now pulls live from your connected account.
Long sessions run leaner. The engine's smarter prompt caching and tool-catalog handling cut tool payloads by up to 86 percent, so long sessions cost less and fly on every provider.
Smarter updates. Differential downloads make updates smaller, auto-update waits politely while sessions, tasks, or teams are still working, and Windows explains exactly what it needs when an update requires elevation.

Connectors everywhere. Enabled MCP connectors now reach every agent backend, the Google Workspace connector got a major refresh with a clean browser consent hand-off, and skill imports run a scan-and-verify security sweep with live progress even on huge libraries.
