Agents have always produced things. Reports, pages, spreadsheets, diagrams. The awkward part was afterwards: the thing existed, and you could not put your hand on it. Artifacts fixes that. Whatever a run produces lands in one place, listed, openable, still there tomorrow. And when you want a proper look at something, the preview breaks out into its own window and stays there while you keep working. This release also carries everything from three builds that never made it out the door, so it is a bigger jump than the number looks.
Ask for a report and you get a report. That was never the problem. The problem was ten minutes later, when you wanted to send it to someone and could not remember what it was called or where it went. Artifacts gives every run somewhere to put what it produced: one list, openable, and still there when you come back tomorrow. There is an entry in the Cockpit for it too, so it is one click from wherever you already are.
Pop a preview out and it becomes a real window: move it to a second screen, size it how you like, leave it open while the conversation carries on underneath. Reading a long draft next to the chat that is still writing it stops being a fight.
Wayland Core moves up to v0.13.6, bundled, nothing for you to install. It retries harder when a provider wobbles instead of handing you the failure, and it is dramatically quicker on Windows where it used to sit and think about it.
Autopilot now approves against an explicit list of tool kinds rather than a broad rule, so "run without asking me" covers the things you meant and nothing else. Secrets get scrubbed by one shared path everywhere they could surface, including the log bundle you send us and anything an agent writes to its error output.
When an update cannot proceed you get the actual reason instead of a shrug. A restore that applied nothing no longer reports success. And the helper processes Wayland starts to look at your other tools now shut down with the app instead of quietly outliving it.
Choosing a model no longer depends on a write that was never allowed to fail, so the picker does what you clicked. The web interface refuses a blocked request cleanly instead of going white. Memory reports its real state. And Windows gets the portable zip, so you can run it without installing it.
